Graham Russell, David Foster, Jay Graydon
Arista Records.
Produced by David Foster/Jay Graydon
Performed by Air Supply

When you say, I miss the things you do
I just want to get back close again to you
But for now, your voice is near enough
How I miss you and I miss your love
And though, all the days that passed me by so slow
All the emptyness inside me flows
All around, and there's no way out
I'm just thinking so much of you
There was never any doubt

I can wait forever
If you say you'll be there too
I can wait forever if you will
I know it's worth it all
To spend my life alone
With you

Win or lose, as though my life was wrong
You took my love and gave it somewhere to belong
I'll be here
When hope is out of sight
I'll just wish that I was next to you tonight
And though, I'll be reaching for you eventhough
You'll be somewhere else, my love will go
Like a bird
On it's way back home
I can never let you go
And I just want you to know

I can wait forever
If you say you'll be there too
I can wait forever if you will
I know it's worth it all
To spend my life alone
With you

Oh
All alone
Alone
With the thoughts we shared
Keep it strong somehow
And you know I'll always be there

I can wait forever
If you say you'll be there too
I can wait forever if you will
I know it's worth it all
To spend my life alone

I can wait forever
If you say you'll be there too
I can wait forever if you will

I can wait forevermore

I can wait forever

The AirSupply (7K)

Those two guys are the Air supply

Where in the Movie?

Ray, Peter & Egon just experienced a full torso apparition , they are heading back to their lab at Columbia University but the University decided to close them the doors.

Ghostbusters Movie Screenshot (3K)
Probably the hardest song to get, just as the guys enter the lab , a workman is pulling a caddy out of the room and he's listening to "I can get forever" at his Walkman.

Air Supply

Back in, a stage production called "Jesus Christ Superstar" was auditioning for cast members for an extensive tour of Australia and New Zealand. Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock had both landed parts as apostles in the production. They soon became friends, and with Grahams songs and Russell's voice they found themselves working together in their spare time away from the show. The two began performing in small clubs and bars with payment often being their evening meal, this would continue for quite sometime until the completion of the stage show in. Graham and Russell then would decide to concentrate on their work together and thus Air Supply was born. Success would not be far away with their first single "Love and Other Bruises" from the Air Supply Album (1976). This album brought them into the top 5 of the Australian charts. In Air Supply was invited to join their good friend Rod Stewart on a tour of the United States and Canada, this would be the significant beginning of the group Air Supply. Air Supply then released their second single from the album "The Whole Thing Started" called "Do What You Do". This song would also see success on the Australian Charts. Then after a few quiet chart years Air Supply bounced back in with the Australian release "Life Support" which spawned the instant classic "Lost In Love". Lost In Love would travel up to the top 20 in Australia and spark the beginning of a string of hits in the U.S. In Air Supply signed with Arista records and released "Lost In Love" the album which contain a shorter remixed version of "Lost In Love". Lost In Love would top out at #3 on the Billboard charts in and #15 for the all of. This would be the first of seven consecutive songs to enter the American top 5. Air Supply seemed to exceed all expectations by effortlessly producing hit after hit. American top 40 and MOR radio stations opened up to Air Supply's melodic and impeccable style of love songs and set them on a 3 year roll. Graham Russell's writing penned even more hits to follow "Lost In Love" like "All Out Of Love", "Every Woman In The World", "Just Another Woman" & "The One That You Love". saw even further success with the hits...."Here I Am", "Sweet Dreams", & "Even The Nights Are Better". They then returned 2 years later with their "Greatest Hits" album with the hit "Making Love Out Of Nothing At All" this song would remain #2 on the Billboard charts for 3 weeks. After a 2 year break in they released the second album entitled "Air Supply" (distinct from their 1st album by the same title) with the song "Just As I Am" which peaked at #18 on the Billboard charts. "Just As I Am" would be selected as VH1's #1 video for though. "Just As I Am" would be Air Supply's last significant hit in the U.S.(so far!) In they released the album "Hearts In Motion" which peaked at #84 on Billboards album chart & in they released "Air Supply - The Christmas Album". In Russell released his first solo effort with the the self entitled album "Russell Hitchcock" with the notable single "Someone Who Believes In You". Although constantly touring, Air Supply decided to take a break from recording until when they released the album "The Earth Is..", their Giant record debut. With the notable single "Without You". In they released the album "The Vanishing Race" with international hits "Goodbye" & "It's Never Too Late". These 2 songs would insure Gold and Platinum sales levels of this album. Then after completing a busy 10 month tour schedule the creation of their next album (News From Nowhere) would begin with Graham producing for the first time and would be released in. This album would see large success in the foreign markets of Hong Kong, Tiawan, South America, China, India, Korea & the list goes on....
